Report fundraiser results clearly
A useful event report tells the organizing team what happened, what was collected, and what remains to be done.
Separate money from commitments
Show collected ticket and sponsorship revenue separately from outstanding invoices. Track event costs in your accounting process before describing net proceeds. A registration total or sponsor promise is not the same as money received.
Include participation and delivery
Report registrations and attendance separately. Summarize volunteer participation and whether sponsor benefits were delivered. Add the context a total cannot explain, such as a changed venue or an outreach experiment.
End with decisions
Name the outstanding follow-ups and one or two changes for the next event. Use CommunityRamp’s event reporting, invoice balances, and exports as inputs, and reconcile financial totals with your accounting records.
